In the third quarter of 2024, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps in Angola showed varied performance trends across downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery saw its weekly downloads peak at approximately 14.1K in late August, followed by a decline to about 11.2K in mid-September. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users fluctuating between 67K and 73K, ending the quarter with around 71K.

Heetch - Ride-hailing app experienced a rise in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 8.3K in early August before seeing a decrease to around 6.5K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting the quarter at 55.7K and closing at 55K.

UGO Angola exhibited a downward trend in weekly downloads from 4.8K in early July, bottoming out at 1.8K in mid-September, before slightly recovering to 4.9K by the end of the quarter. Data for weekly active users was not available.
